Welcome to Helpdesk Platform of the Department of Facility Maintenance, Environmental Management and Access of Harokopio University of Athens

In order to improve the level of technical support and service issues related to the responsibilities of the Department of Facility Maintenance, Environmental Management and Access, we use a new helpdesk platform. You can submit your request in the form of a support sheet and an authorized technician will provide your services.

In order to submit a ticket you need to sign in with your institutional account (@ hua.gr) and only in case this is not possible as you have trouble logging in to your account, then you can create a new ticket without logging in.
